Hi Team For the Month of data feed payment I have already done. And current month is not even completed first week of the month. Then all of sudden why I have received 10 emails today alone with email message content is as below? *********************Quote End************* subject: Sierra Chart: Services Balance Too Low

Same here. Not sure why I would need to receive multiple emails stating that my balance is too low for a payment due in 26 days. I'm getting one per hour since last night. Guessing something changed on the SC back-end because I don't recall ever receiving emails like this. |
