I just subscribed to your services. I created a new chartbook. I selected a symbol for example ZVSA (Us equity) but got Waiting to download historical data. Same issue for any other symbol. Can you help me sort this? |

The message "Waiting to download historical data" is normal and depending on how much data you are trying to download, it can take awhile.
