Dear support, Seems all my TPO charts reset their merges after a change of trading service (Rithmic/TopStep into Interactive Brokers and back). I did follow the guide from Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees Thanks in advance. |

Yes this is true. A change of symbol will cause TPO splits and merges to be reset. There is no way around this at all. None. Would be best not to change the symbols and use separate installations of Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time Or use different Chartbooks for symbols for each Service. However, knowing what you are doing, it is best to just Close the Chartbooks for safety reasons first before changing the Service. And do not translate the symbols when prompted.
