Hello, I wanted to update my Sierra installation to version 2700 earlier. I know the correct way to do this, as I have already done it very often. The update process always got stuck at the file "CrashReporter.exe". I have tried this several times in vain. And canceled manually after several minutes of inactivity. Only when I selected "prerelease" in the drop-down menu did the update go through as usual. Are there any known errors or bugs? |

We just did a test, and did not have any problem getting that file during the update. Therefore in this case we recommend using the zip installer: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer Please let us know if you still have a problem. I just tried again with an older backup and the update went through without a hitch. Maybe it was just a hiccup yesterday. Problem solved. Thank you very much |
