Transact AT feed DOM problem

Hi,

I compared the Sierra Chart Transact feed DOM for ICE products with the SC OEC feed DOM as well as the Transact feed DOM with their own software.

It seems as if the SC Transact feed DOM is incorrectly updating. This is not the case with last traded price, only with the bid depth and ask depth numbers.

OEC's and Transact's own software DOM are updating correctly.

I use SC version 1187.

Thanks in advance

You need to right-click on the TransAct icon on the system tray portion of the taskbar. This is the TransAct software.

Uncheck the "Ticks Only" option.

Then you will need to reconnect to the data feed with commands on the Sierra Chart File menu.

Thanks, it works fine, but now the DOM depth totals are on the inside bid/ask.

We do not understand this. Can you post an image of the market depth window. You can open that with File >> Open Market Depth Window.

Open the market depth window, with Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see any out of order prices? If so, then this is coming from the TransAct data feed.

The market depth window shows 10 bid rows and 10 ask rows in total (it should correctly show 5). The 5 last bid rows and 5 ask rows show 0 contracts and the price is the inside bid / inside ask.

I noticed that for short moments the market depth window jumps from a total of 10 to a total 5 bid and 5 ask rows. Then the depth totals in the DOM are in the correct position. But this is only for short moments.

This really is something that TransAct would need to resolve.
