Hello, I would like to ask a few questions about the Sierra Chart Image Upload Service. 1. Is there a limit to the number of images that can be uploaded? 2. How long will the images remain available online? 3. If my Sierra Chart subscription expires, will the images be deleted? Thank you. |

1. Yes it is like about 500. 2. They will always remain until you delete them. 3. No they do not get deleted. Although it is possible we could clean up images that are years old for accounts that are unused for a long time. But this is not something commonly done. Thank you for your answers. I really like the ability to upload screenshots instantly. I backtest a lot and like to take screenshots of the charts from the trade entry and exit times. That said, I need a space for a lot of images. Have you considered offering unlimited image uploads instead of the 500-image limit? I would be happy to pay extra for this service. |
