Hello I have the full CME Group and cannot get these symbols TTF and TTG which is natural gas Dutch futures. Is there a way for me to load these symbols and clone for example NG and make a copy of it and then it will pull through. Or does each symbol have to be added by Sierra Charts on a per request basis. thank you |

Regarding the symbols, we need to know what Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to? You guys are rockstars. Can you advise if I want to analyse uncommon instruments and spreads will each symbol have to be approved by you or is there a way just to copy a similar instrument and change something under Global Symbol Settings in a cloned symbol

These TTF and TTG symbols will be available over the weekend. They will be available for Teton order routing and SC Data-All Services . We do have to manually add any new symbols and it is easiest for us to add them to the SC Data-All Services service.
