Hi, I have connected Interactive Brokers to Sierra Chart and execute my stock trades through Sierra’s platform, but I've encountered a strange glitch. I use a spreadsheet system to place entries, which transmits and executes successfully. However, once a position is open, the position size does not appear in the spreadsheet. When I attempt to exit the position through the spreadsheet, the trade service log indicates that the position does not exist, and the position quantity field (Cell J8 in the spreadsheet) also shows 0. I verified on the Interactive Brokers website that my position is still open, but it isn’t reflected in Sierra Chart—neither in the spreadsheet nor as the usual horizontal price line at the entry price that typically appears when I trade futures. Can anyone suggest a solution? I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to work. |

Thank you for sharing the resource. Is there another brokerage that is fully compatible with Sierra Chart for trading stocks (not just futures)? I’m open to changing brokers as long as the platform supports stock trading. |

Unfortunately, the only broker we connect with that supports stock trading is Interactive Brokers.
