Hi,

The hide chart values tool when pointer not over chart isnt working anymore. I'm on v2695. It is set to YES and was functioning as expected previously

Thanks

We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. When the Setting for "Hide Chart Values Tool When Point Not Over Chart" is set to "Yes", then whenever the pointer moves out of the chart graphics area, the Crosshairs are removed and not displayed. We even tried this with "Synchronize Charts" enabled in case it was related to this, but even then, when we moved the pointer out of the chart area, the crosshairs were removed.

The testing we did was on version 2698 and 2699, and although we doubt the version has anything to do with it, we recommend updating to the latest Pre-Release (v 2699) to ensure it is not related to this. To update, follow the instructions at the following link:

Hi there,

I tried the pre-release and the issue persisted. I believe this issue started not when I updated but randomly. Do you have any suggestions? I have always used this feature

Thank you

You have the option for "Always On when Chart Values Tool Selected" set to "Yes". This overrides the "Hide Chart Values Tool when Pointer not Over Chart" setting.
