Paid Subscription Showing Delayed Data - Assistance Needed

Hello Support Team,

I recently subscribed to Sierra Charts and have paid for the service. However, I'm still seeing "delayed" on the top of my screen. Could you please let me know why this is happening? I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

To start with, you are on the "Base Advanced" package. You can not get real-time data for the NASDAQ TotalView (or any of the exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed, or data from any external source) while on one of the "Base" packages. Refer to the information on the packages at the following link:

To change your package, follow these instructions:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package

Once you are on an "Integrated" package, you can then setup the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Keep in mind, that for U.S. Stocks, we have two options:
- NASDAQ TotalView
- U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape

Refer to the following for information on each of these so you choose what is best for you:
