Hi Support, I've never used alerts and 'have read' the support pages but still have no clue on how to create an alert for a study. This study creates imbalance blocks when the 'Diagonal dominant side threshold in % (In.5)' is met!! I simply want an audio alert when these blocks are populated on the chart. Not sure if you can create alerts just with the Studies (ID) number and/or with the studies Input Number (In.5) — so I believe the Alerts 'ONLY' work on Subgraphs but I currently don't use any subgraphs, but if needbe, I can add SG1 & 2, (which simply draw dotted lines on top of the imbalance blocks so you can see them better). Could you send me the formula I need to use to get this to work please... If the alert can be done 'without' Subgraphs that would be favourable to save on any extra processing, if not then with them will suffice. I'm including screenshots of the imbalance blocks on the chart, and the settings/subgraphs pages. Many thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-10-26 23:16:51

That study is a custom study, so we do not know anything about it. As such, we really can not help with how to create an alert, as we do not know what subgraphs are available or how they are used. Our only recommendation is to contact the developer and see if they can help you.
