Can't Make a Payment

Apparently, you've changed the payment methods and I can no longer make a one-time payment using Stripe. So I just tried to make a one-time payment using PayPal V2 and it didn't work. I tried again and it still didn't work. Kept saying there was an error. Why change things when it worked fine for all these years?

So how do I get this payment made?

We are checking on this now. Try the first PayPal option you can use that. You don't have to use the PayPal V2. The first listed PayPal option takes credit/debit cards as well.

Issue resolved. Had to do with the expiration date format. The typical format is now supported. And the Stripe option is back for the time being.

Okay, I made the payment using Stripe. Guess I'll have to use PayPal next time. :(

Same issue here - I cannot seem to be able to use PayPal V2. Also, the Stripe option seems to have disappeared again.

Use the "PayPal EC", option. You can use any type of payment card with that option.

What is the exact issue you are having with "PayPal V2". Is there an error message displayed after the payment?

Yes, re PayPal V2, after entering all the details, there is an error message in red at the top of the webpage (ie in the first status box). The Paypal V1 worked.

The errors we have seen with the PayPal V2 so far, have all been related to the entry of the card Expiry Date. The format is YYYY-MM. Make sure you are entering the card expiration date in this format.

You can also use this format for the expiration date:
MMYY
MM/YY

What is the format that you used. What is the error message. We need to know the error message.

Stripe is still supported for automatic payments.

Tried again and it's reproducible. The error message is "There was an error. Please try again":
1) Enter CC number
2) Enter expiry in YYYY-MM format ie (2029-08 < randomized just for example)
3) Click "Make One Time Payment"

The error message is in a red box at the top of the page but after the menu/header:

Action Result / Notices:
* Scroll down to Payment Options
* PayPal V2 with Auto Billing Support: There was an error. Please try again.
