Is there a way to delete multiple hidden charts. The only way I have found to do it is attach chart(which opens chart) and close(remove) it, but this method only does one chart at a time.

There is not a way to delete multiple charts, hidden or otherwise. You have to somehow have the chart active and then use one of the methods to close it.
