What is the current, best way to trade EUREX as a resident of the USA?

I just want to confirm: Teton Order Routing is not possible and I must use CQG or Rithmic to trade, due to regulatory requirements that you don't want to waste your time on and high costs due to low demand for this product. I'm assuming Stage 5 Trading, Amp, Edgeclear have options to trade this market while using Denali Data? Is there a setup/broker you currently recommend that offers EUREX pretty much out of the box? Yes you can use CQG for EUREX and that is what we would recommend. All the brokers we work with support CQG. And we would not recommend Rithmic with all the issues we hear.
