I signed up with Apex and Sierra charts about one week ago and cannot get connected. Every time I try to connect I get the message " trying to connect". The message board said the "socket" was not working. I have had John Nyugen try to set up my charts today, and he could not figure out what was wrong either. I am located about 30 miles west of Chicago, Il. and use Comcast for my tv, phone and internet. I have a total wireless system, Apex said I probably need a hard wire to my laptop?? Thanks, Bill |
