From help file: "Move the Pointer to the desired Stop price and left-click the Pointer. Move the Pointer to the desired Entry price and left-click. Move the Pointer to the desired Target price and left-click to complete the drawing." When I left click the second time at the desired entry price, the drawing from the RR tool disappears. See attached image. That is what I see after the first click. It vanished on the second click |

To start, make sure the option for "Chart >> Hide Chart Drawings" is not enabled (does not have a checkmark next to it). Otherwise, when you finish the drawing, it will be removed from display, which is what you are seeing. Second, the only way you could have the particular values that you have showing in the image, is if the first two points entered were at the exact same location. We do not know if this is specifically where you placed your first two points, or if, for some reason, your system is taking the first click as two entries. But you definitely have the Stop and the Entry being placed at the same location. Then the next click you do is to end the drawing. And then we think the above is causing it to disappear. If you are having a problem with the points being double-entered for some reason, then you need to look into your operating system setup to see why this might be occurring. It is definitely not a Sierra Chart thing. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This is exactly what is happening. It is the result if user error. I was releasing after the first click, not holding. From help, I respectfully submit that this could be re-worded/corrected: Move the Pointer to the desired Stop price and left-click the Pointer. Move the Pointer to the desired Entry price and left-click. Move the Pointer to the desired Target price and left-click to complete the drawing.

It depends on how you have the setting for "Tools >> Tool Settings >> Support Drag for Chart Drawing Creation/Modification". The documentation covers the situation where that option is set to "No".
