Hi, I have Demo LMAX account linked to Sierra. Account 1963184298. Trading Chart DOM shows as if I were 100 lots short in FX - it shows as if there was an open position (Short) as of now. I got PnL ticking in charting dom and I have the trade line position on the chart showing up. When I log in to LMAX demo account - there is no live position.
When I clicked Flatten - it flattens the position in Sierra or takes opposite / closes the position and executes one sided LONG position in LMAX. (reverse). Now, nothing shows in Sierra but there is long in LMAX. I manually closed the position in LMAX. Killed it as well. and then I go back to Sierra and that Short position appears again but now nothing in LMAX. So by flattening it, i am sending long market order to LMAX but i dont understand why that short position keeps reappearing. Where is it stuck? Scary to be honest....I want to avoid this when I link my live LMAX account to Sierra. I don't know why that short position gets kinda automatically executed in Sierra but not in LMAX. and I am not doing that. Can anyone assist? or remote connect and see what is happening? thank u

You either have a missing Order Fill or your start date-time for when the order fills are loaded is incorrect as it is setting to a point where you were not flat, so an order fill is getting lost. Refer to the following for how to review this and resolve it:

Is my real LMAX account 626399499 connected to Sierra? I tried to execute today a real trade and getting ERROR in trade orders window. The order does not get executed and it does not flow to LMAX real account. Any issues on my side? or any info u need from me to analyze? Thank u

I checked trade log. I see the following message there: DTC Order reject: ACCCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST. Looks like I am not linked up.
Account does exist and I have funds there as well.
