i can't open intraday charts gold or oil. I can open charts money. i don't know I can't open the intraday charts only the historical one. How can I set the chart in real time?

Our servers are showing that you are connected to CQG, but you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Exchange Data Feed. We do not have connectivity for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, if you are wanting data for either of these exchanges then you will need to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. These settings are too complicated for me. I have stock data activated. My broker AMP Feuters writes about denali or teton data. I'm setting this data and I can't connect to the indexes or I have data delayed by 10 minutes.

For the symbols you are wanting and without Market Depth data, you would need the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts".
