I am noticing that when the US Equity markets are closed the system goes into delayed quotes. Is that normal or should I be concerned. I am looking at the same chart I used today that had real time quotes.

That is normal. The delay is found by taking the last bar in the chart and comparing it with the current time on your computer. So if the market is closed, the amount of the calculated delay will increase and eventually you will see the chart marked as "Delayed", even though it is really just not trading at that time.
