Display on Right Side Value Scales (Study Overlay)

Hello Sierra Chart, I'm using the "Study/Price Overlay" to display a "Color Bar Based On Alert Condition" study from another chart. On the source chart, values are correctly displaying on the "Right Side Value Scales". On the destination chart, the same values are not displaying on the "Right Side Value Scales". They also do not displaying on the "Right Edge". They do display on the "Right" however. Is there a specific setting that needs to be configured? I have attached a screenshot and sample chartbook. Thank you |

No, we are so busy, we have no idea when we are going to get to this. We are years behind with everything. Allow many months, at the soonest. The soonest. This is not something we can get to quickly. Possibly years. The simple fact is when specialized issues are presented to us, it can be years before we get to them. 1.5 years is common. Hello Sierra, A couple of points: 1) The issue relates to the "Study/Price Overlay" study which is a core study. The study not potentially functioning correctly is not a specialized issue. 2) To manage expectations, instead of replying with "We will look this over as soon as we can.", perhaps provide a time estimate which you have in your latest reply. Your first reply of "... as soon as we can." implies a matter of days, not months, or years. Thank you |

The issue is more complex, as it relates to the "Study/Price Overlay" with regards to Extension Lines. This is why this is not something we can get to anytime soon.
