Missing data during replay

Hi, when i try to replay the previous day i get missing data in some of my charts making it unable to use this SC feature. How can i fix this problem? All data have been loaded before i press replay.
Last time i used the replay function was a year ago and it was working fine at that time.

The data are missing only during the replay mode. What can i do in this case? Follow the same steps as the link you provided?

It is not possible for data to be missing during a replay if the data is there prior to the replay. Why exactly do you state that the data is missing during the replay? What exactly is occurring?
