Hello, I was wondering... See the screenshot (time is CET), it is just a few minutes ago. It has not happened for a long time but it did happen in the past. Could you please have a look and make any necessary edits? It messes up my Time and Sales stream. Thank you! Best regards, H. |

There is some very minor packet loss today that leads to a problem like this. There is an algorithm to automatically correct this, but that is not always able to do that. We think the issue relates to the new data feed version that EUREX is coming out with and us doing testing with the simulation feed. We have now shut that down. Also the infrastructure upgrades we are doing for EUREX will be a solution to this as well: EUREX Market Data Infrastructure Upgrade This is a very major upgrade by us, at a considerable expense, and absolutely will be a solution to this issue permanently. This is one of the reasons we are doing it. At the moment there is nothing we can do to clear this condition. It is just how an order by order data feed works. It will clear in the morning.
