Hi there,
I am not getting any data. I have subscribed for real data. I am receiving the message: "Real-time subscription for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID=3) is not enabled. Click for symbol information".
I have tried a couple of things but I am not winning.
Please advise.

Sierra_Chart Engineering - Posts: 17143
Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".
