Hi I paid subscription to "Denali Exchange Data Feed NASDAQ TotalView Exchange (Optional" on 01st October 2024. When I a m charting any Nasdaq ticker, I am unable to see any data before 01st October 2024, is this normal and linked to the beginning of my subscription, that sounds surprising---> I have set data limit to 300 days

I don't have any issue seeing anything related to CME tickers

Thanks for your help

The data is definitely NOT tied to your starting date. You should not have any trouble getting 300 days of data. Refer to the following to start:

There is not any more historical data available than that for that symbol. The data begins at the end of May 2024.

Thanks for your answer but I don't understand, I use simultaneously Interactive Brokers and this ticker is shown daily without any problem since May 2024. Does it mean that you won't retrieve RVX data anymore? Thanks

Hi

I have paid the "NASDAQ TotalView US stock data" for the full month of January 2025 but the data shown on the platform are still delayed. Any reason why?

Many thanks for your support

Hi,

I am desperately trying to use the "Percent change since previous close" study but there is literally nothing in the chart I am using (NQ, ES, RTY, YM) although I think I am applying 100% of what is described in your guide and I have the relevant data subscriptions. As a reference, I am already using "Percent change since open" without any problem. any possibility to find a video somewhere for simple explanation. I saw in the historical threads that similar questions were asked but it is not saying if it was resolved. Thanks

Another potential glitch, I just opened the quote board, daily change % for VVIX_CGI ticker = 2.79%, at the same time, percent change since open (which is theoretically the ame time as what we have in the quote board) = -1.47%???? possible to know why we have 2 different measures for the same ticker, same reference time (open was at market open, US time), thanks

The "Percent Change Since Previous Close" is very straightforward, so it should be showing data.

Are you trying to display the values in the Main Price Graph? As this will not work, as the numbers are percentages, so they would not be visible if you are comparing to the actual price data.

If you have this in its own region and are not getting any data displayed, then we would need to see an image of your chart by following these instructions:

With regards to the "Percent Change Since Open", this is NOT the same information as the Daily Change. The "Percent Change Since Open" is the percentage difference from the Open of the trading day. The Daily Change is a measure of the change since the previous day's close. The "Percent Change Since Previous Close" will be closer, but even then, the Daily Change is computed from Daily data, which will have a Settlement price for the previous daily close for futures.

sure, what I am trying to do is to see "Percent Change Since Previous Close" in its own chart with 4 different tickers: NQ, RTY, ES, YM, obviously in %. It works quite well with "Percent Change Since open". Posting both charts as proposed

understood and thanks for the explanation of "Percent Change Since Open" versus "Daily Change"

Thanks

It looks like you have a scaling issue with the one that is not working. Make sure the scales are setup properly for the different instruments. You may need to hide each study to determine if there is a particular one that is causing an issue and adjust that one (or possibly multiple) to get what you need.

Hi,

I have a DOM with "Bid market depth pulling/stacking" + "Ask market depth pulling/stacking". The data are convoluted, impossible to read. I would like to reduce the depth to let say 15 levels and nothing that I have done so far has worked including Chart/Chart Settings/Market depth/Maximum market depth levels/15. I seem to have 100% of all available levels. Thanks

Refer to the following setting:

Thanks and already checked, but with 0 impact----> currently

"Maximum Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Levels" is set at "15"
"Limit Maximum Pulling Stacking Value to Current Depth Quantity" is set at "Yes"

No change, still 100% of depth and convoluted levels

As soon as you set "Maximum Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Levels" to "15" the pulling/stacking columns will update to that value.

We do not understand what you mean by "convoluted levels". Please get us an image of what you are seeing by following these instructions:

You are looking at a huge range of price levels in that chart. Therefore the 15 levels of Market Depth you are showing are all squished down into the muddle you see. If you want to view the specific information you need to change the scale so you can see that portion of the pricing.
