Hi I paid subscription to "Denali Exchange Data Feed NASDAQ TotalView Exchange (Optional" on 01st October 2024. When I a m charting any Nasdaq ticker, I am unable to see any data before 01st October 2024, is this normal and linked to the beginning of my subscription, that sounds surprising---> I have set data limit to 300 days I don't have any issue seeing anything related to CME tickers Thanks for your help |

The data is definitely NOT tied to your starting date. You should not have any trouble getting 300 days of data.
