I can only get pricing chart data for OVX_CG , from end of may 2024 til present. Is there a way to get more days of pricing than I can get than that.

That is all the data we have available for the CBOE Indices.

Will 5 or 6 months worth of data, always be the most data you have on CBOE Indices? Or now going forward will there be more months available as CBOE Indices are now being available?

It is not a rolling amount of data available. The data will always go back to May of 2024. So next year at this time there will be approximately 17 months of data available.
