Hi support, I noticed that the limit for historical data requests is 800 for my service pack. Is this a gross number of requests or is it a symbol limit? ie. if I open and close a chartbook multiple times but it is for the same stock, does that count as one request or multiple? Thanks |

It refers to the number of historical data requests. Does the Chartbook contain Historical Daily charts or Intraday charts? Or both.
