We really do not know, there are numerous things that can cause this. The first thing to do is to check your "Chart Update Interval" and see if this is somehow set to something very high. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)

If not the above, then refer to the information at the following link, which contains everything we know to look into related to performance:

hello !
it's not performance from my pc cause it's good and in off powerfull to manage withour any issue the trading plateform ,
and i had not problems before , its not the intervall menu for dom beacause its set right
so i dont know its like i lagging and i dont know why , and its affect my decision making , no idea exept those one?

"Powerful" means nothing. There is a lot of good information in that section that we linked to. Review it. There could also be network connectivity issues as well.
