I was trading earlier today and price dropped to the bottom of my CVA. when I looked left on the TPO (market profile) the arrow got lost and it wasn't printing the tail to reflect the move down. I've attached a screenshot of this.

Can you please assist me with this?

thanks

We do see the last price arrow on the TPO, and it is also in the wrong place. The only thing that would cause something like this is if you had been running a replay on that chart and paused it, so that chart was not updating at that time.

Are you still having an issue with the charts not being in sync at this time? If not, then we really do not know what may have occurred at that time.

yes I'm still seeing that profile incomplete... I never ran a replay (don't even know how to). I think this is like the second time it happened so I figured to reach out to support to see if some type of setting is wrong or something.

On the chart that is not updating follow the instructions at the following link to delete and redownload data. Place your cursor just before the current day TPO profile:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
