Dear Members of Sierrachart, i have 2 Problems with denali data feed and different candles. the 5minute Candle in the FDAX is different from cqg-Chart and the volumechart is different from cqg-chart Please have a look in the attached word-file. I will sent you also the message log from my sierrachart. I hope that you can solve the problem. Thank you in advance. |

There was no attachment, so we are not sure what you are comparing. In general though, we do not support data from CQG for EUREX, so the implication is that you are viewing the CQG data on another system. We will not compare our data to another system. You would need to show us that our data is incorrect in comparison to data that available from the exchange themselves.
