Problem with Symbols on IB

I am trying to help a client who uses IB, and is having troubles getting data. He was offline for a while and the old chartbooks would not work. It appears the symbol for FGBL changed to GBL-202412-EUREX. This is the main line of concern in the Windows Message Log (attached). 2024-09-30 18:55:52.128 | Interactive Brokers | Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: GBL-202412-EUREX The bars appear, but the last candle is almost 2 weeks old. We no longer have support for EUREX data from Interactive Brokers. At this time, that person is going to have to get their data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. 1) Denali Eurex data feed or 2) Use SC Version 2671 indefinitely to get IB Eurex data.

Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* I may have been on a different page, but when I went to Activate Eurex with Denali, it said there is a $25/month fee. However, I also read Denali is included with Service Package 10, so the $25 does not apply? |

There is a $25.00 fee for the exchange. The statement that "Denali is included" with package 10 or the Integrated packages, or whatever particular language is used, is in reference to the fact that with the Integrated packages, you have access to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You still need to activate, and pay for, any exchanges that you activate for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The terminology above goes back to when we had a separate data feed fee that was associated with certain packages. We have tried to change the way it is worded, but we apparently have not gotten all of them.
