The Large Volume Trade Indicator does not show every individual trade. It is, however, a compilation of the trades that are larger than the set volume at that price level for the bar.

Whereas, the Time and Sales gives every individual trade. So these items will not line up as you expressed it above.

We can not explain the particular numbers you gave above, but we are not sure if those are real numbers or just an example.

Yes, the Time and Sales is showing 100% accurate. This is also true for the rest of Sierra Chart. You just need to understand what underlies certain information, such as the Large Volume Trade Indicator.
