I like to set a 3 contract order with my stops set for two contracts on a target for 4 ticks and the third for 8 ticks. is there any way to set it up where the stop loss goes to a 1 tick profit when a 3 tick profit is hit before a 4 tick target is reached? That way I get at least a profit on the order if the price reverses back down.

Yes. Use the Move to Breakeven functionality for the Stop Attached Orders: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AttachedOrders.html#MoveBreakevenForStop There is a video about this here: Videos Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
