I am downloading 15 minute ES data from 11-8-2024 and there are 2 entries for 8:30 AM. And in between those two entries is a line of data for 11-7-2024 at 18:00. See attached picture. Should this be fixed on your end? Is there a work around on my end? TY

We need to know the exact symbol that you are using. And do not use a continuous futures contract chart because we will not know what symbol to look at. F.US.EPZ24 is the exact symbol with Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rollover Rule. Back in 11/2024 it would have been F.US.EPZ23. I am looking back 600 days. The extraneous artifact is on the chart I attached for your review. The prices of the attached chart dont agree because of the back adjusting on the Z chart. TY

We cannot help with this as it is presented. We are not going to be able to identify any problem in the data on the server and we checked and there is not any out of order data like this on the server. This problem simply could not exist on the server. It is impossible for there to be this issue in the original data for that contract. Therefore, follow the instructions here and re-download the data from June 2023: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
