I currently have Package 10 which is up for renewal next Month Originally I was receiving futures and real time stocks/ETF s(IB data) I am now receiving delayed data for stocks and ETFs Did I miss a corrective update ? Also is there a list of futures available in package or via separate purchase Thankyou for your assistance ? |

When working with Interactive Brokers you need to enter the proper symbol per their specification. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Symbols: Stock Format We used to take care of the conversion of the symbols "behind the scenes", but we changed this several months ago, to where you need to specify the symbol per the above. If you were using an older version and recently updated, then this would by why you are just seeing this now. Since the change we reference above, if you do not use the IB symbol format, and just enter the standard ticker symbol (e.g. IBM) then you will be getting the Delayed Streaming data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange. In terms of futures, we have data for The CME Group, EUREX, and CFE.
