sierra adjust my stop order type?

Recently when I place the bracket order, sometimes I find my stop order type is changed from stop market order to stop limit order type. This is only occurring in my live trading account but not the simulation account. So I wonder if sierra will change my order type under certain conditions? I am using teton order routing for living trading. |

That's a CME thing. The exchange converts stop-market orders to stop-limit orders with a wide limit price. It's disconcerting but apparently that's the way it's supposed to work, according to the CME. Order Types: Stop Orders on the CME |
