I have no problem with all of the chartbooks that open on startup, but every time I try to add an additional chartbook SC greys/whites out and is just frozen. I have to force close the software every time and start the process over. What can I do to resolve this issue?

What exactly are you selecting that is makes this occur?

If you do not have any Chartbooks open and you do what you do, does this occur?
