Hi, i now use SC mostly for charting only, and may need to use my Rithmic just for Bookmap due to it periodically disconnecting me from rithmic on bookmap due to 'multiple connections' Most of the time it works fine if i open my apps in this order... Rithmic R-trader pro, then SC and then bookmap (all linked to the same rithmic login) I'm not sure why it would work at all if it should not allow all three apps to run together but i'm probably missing something :) Can you please advise me on the best data/trade service i should choose if i can't choose Rithmic-Direct DTC? Choosing the 'Trading Evaluator', or the 'SC Data-all services' data connections seems to fix this rithmic issue but obviously i want to use the best option if it makes a difference to speed and data quality which i choose. If you are just charting and not doing any simulated trading, then you should set your "Current Selected Service" to "SC Data - All Services". The Trading Evaluator options are also simulation environments, so you can connect to that service if you want, but it really is not necessary if you do not have a need to be using it. Keep in mind, you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, so you need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month for verification of your Non-Professional standing.
