To start with, you do not need a second Sierra Chart account in order to use the software on two computers at the same time. Since you are on Package 11, you can run the Sierra Chart software on up to 3 computers simultaneously. But, the caveat to this is that the exchanges work differently - they require that you pay a second set of exchange fees in order to be able to get the data to two different computers simultaneously. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Also, you can install additional Sierra Chart software on the same computer and connect to different trading services, if this is what you are trying to accomplish. In this case, since you are on the same computer you would not need to pay the additional exchange fee. Refer to the following for how to how install an additional Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart As to your original question about moving files, refer to the following: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
