Connecting my Rithmic account and market data

Hello,
I am facing a few issues. Today I purchased service package 12- I'd like to get live data and market depth from the Denali feed, as well as connect and use my Rithmic account (with Apex). I intend on using that Rithmic account to trade on Sierrachart, but I want to use Denali Data for my charts/orderflow data.

1. As I go into data/trade service settings to set up Sierrachart with my Rithmic account, I have no problem finding Rithmic Direct under "service-->current selected service (list)". However, in the next section there is no available list under "service settings--> server (list)". I know that I need to choose one of the Rithmic/Chicago options, but the dropdown list is not showing anything at all. I have attempted to attach a photo to show you what I am talking about, but not sure that it uploaded.

2. As I go to activate the Denali Data, I am brought to fill out and sign the uniform subscriber agreement. Under "clearing firm", would I want to put Rithmic, or what would I want to do in my situation (I want to use Denali Data for my charting through SierraChart and trade with my Rithmic account)?

1. Refer to steps 8 - 10 of the Rithmic Setup Instructions at the following link:

2. You need to enter the Clearing Firm (or your brokerage name if you do not know your Clearing Firm) for your live, funded, futures trading account. Rithmic is an order routing service, it is not a Clearing Firm or Brokerage.

Keep in mind that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group requirement. Refer to the following:

OK thank you. I am going to open a live account with Stage 5.

From here, to use my Apex/Rithmic account through SierraChart and get the non-professional Denali Data fees, I would only need to connect my Stage 5 to SC once a month, and keep my Apex/Rithmic account connected the rest of the time (if that's the account I wanted to trade with)?

Hello sir, thank you for the help.
Now that I have my Stage5 account, set up through Dorman Trading, which should I put as my "clearing firm" when filling out the CME agreement- Stage5 or Dorman Trading?

Dorman Trading is your Clearing Firm, so enter that name.

hey guys i am just a new customer here i bought package 11 I have the amp as a broker but when i use connect to a broker I do not receive Denali i paid non professional but I am not receiving anything can someone help me ( note: it says no trade accounts assigned when I try to use amp or connect to Rithmic using Denali as data.
