Hello. Has anyone figured out the "Historical data skipped" Issue with rithmic using Denali data?
I've followed the steps I saw searching the SC Support board, and I have not found anything that fixed my issue.
I have updated SC, ensured I did my monthly log in to confirm the non-professional status, deleted all data and re-downloaded it, connect and disconnected...but I am still having the issue. I will attach my settings and the pictures of the log.

Please help.
TY.

You are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, the errors you are getting are from Rithmic. In general, Rithmic has limited historical data, so you are probably trying to download more data than they make available. But you would need to check with them on this.

If you want to get your real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then follow the instructions at the following link:

Thank You for responding. I do have Denali data, but when I was just checking it looks like I was flagged for professional data. Pls see screenshot. Also please point me to where I may be requesting to download too much data.

Thank you

You are NOT currently setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You were at one time, but since you did not fill out the exchange agreements properly you could not continue to be tagged as a Non-Professional and your status was changed, which also deactivated the exchange(s) that you had active.

To get our Denali data again, you need to complete the agreements at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

When filling out the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement", you need to enter the "Clearing Firm" (or brokerage name if you do not know your Clearing Firm) and "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for more information on what is required to be a Non-Professional for the CME Group:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

After you take care of the agreements and they are accepted, then you can activate the Non-Professional exchange(s) at the following link:

In terms of limiting data due to using Rithmic data, the main thing is to NOT use a Continuous Futures Contract. Set the following option to "None":
Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
