Is there a problem with the DAX-Eurex data feed? My chart is not updating. Tells me download failed and historical data only available with sierra chart data feed. This feature is enabled in settings.

At this time EUREX data can only come from the Sierra Chart EUREX data feed provided with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. I Trade the Mini Dax index, does this mean I now need to subscribe to the EUREX EOBI data feed for 25 US per month? I am a non professional trader.

Yes, you need to subscribe to our EUREX EOBI exchange in order to get the data for the Mini DAX Index.

You mention at this time. Will this change in the future? Being I pay around $14 Australian through Interactive Brokes compared to $39 I will pay through the Denali Feed. Thanks.

The recent change was that we no longer support EUREX data from any other source. This will not change.

You have 2 choices: 1) Denali Eurex data feed and SC Version 2678 and later Or 2) Use SC Version 2671 indefinitely to stay with the IB Eurex data feed. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-10-03 23:27:17
