Hi, I have been using Sierrachart for about two months and have never had anything like this before.
I have already updated Sierrachar to the latest version and also deleted and re-downloaded all data.
But somehow there is a big gap in my ES (ESZ4.CME) today. But not in the trading view.

If use continuous contract and don't want a gap at rollover, you need to use back adjusted.

Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover, Back Adjusted

In your chart, Friday is showing U contract and today is showing Z contract, the difference bewteen the two is 60pts

ES Sep' is trading at 5627.00
ES Dec' is trading at 5688.25

But if I turn it off, I no longer have the gaps in the past. I just want the right chart.

I did not suggest turning it off.

I just want the right chart.

What is the "right chart"?

a. Disable continuous contract
b. Enable continuous contract without back adjustment and have gaps, but prices for prior contracts are "correct" actual traded prices
c. Enable continuous contract with back adjustment, no gap but prices for prior contracts are not necessarily actual traded prices.

Only you know what is right for you.

TradingView continuous contract (ES1!) is still showing Sep' contract, ESU, not ESZ.
As far as I know TradingView does not use back adjustment on their continuous contract chart.

I just wanted it like in Tradingview bc i think thats right and most of the People see it. Until last Week it was 1:1 like in Tradingview but now i have a huge Gap.
So i think i need this "continuous without Back Adjustment" and i had it like this the last Months but only this month i have this Huge Gap..
So this "Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover" was exactly what i wanted to have but now its not right and thats why i asked you whats the right setting now :/

In your first post you said "for about two months and have never had anything like this before", that is because contract rollover is every 3 months for ES (and other equities futures).

Until last Week it was 1:1 like in Tradingview but now i have a huge Gap.

Like I said, TV is still showing U contract on their continuous contract (ES1!), not Z, whereas in Sierra Chart you are showing Z contract.
When TV switches to Z you will see a gap there too.

I think I have understood it. Everything is displayed correctly in Sierrachart and the “Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover” option. But Tradingview will only rollover the symbol tomorrow and then also have this gap. So i wont tradde today until tomorrow.
Thank you very much. I had never seen this before and that's why I was so confused.

Yeh, not sure when TV will switch, sometime between now and Friday, as Friday is last trade date for U contract.

You can find out about the calendar, specs etc from the CME website.

Sierra always give us the right data, I took a screenshot of ES quotes on CME Group website, the prices for Sep and Dec contracts are different, simply because they ARE different contracts, it wouldn't make sense if I asked "how come there is a gap between September Nvidia price and August Apple price?" (because they are different stocks)

When both "ESU2024" and "ESZ2024" are loaded on Trading View, we will see 2 different prices. The reason we sometimes see a ES chart without a gap, is because we either loaded "ES1!" or "ES2!" chart, those are the Trading View versions of continuous contract, here is the document on Trading View explained the difference. Basically on ES1! or ES2! charts, the reality is distorted, totally unnecessarily for day traders, I heard it is beneficial for long term investors, but I have no knowledge on that part.

In TradingView you can see symbols under the chart and it says that they will rollover tomorrow
