2 of my Denali Exchange Data agreements show as rejected. I probable made some mistake filling them out. It says: CME Non-Professional Certification - 2020-11-18 Rejected: Please complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement document, then re-complete this certification. Thank you UTP-NASDAQ CTA-NYSE Non-Professional Certification - 2023-02-08 Rejected: Please Re-complete: Client did not agree with Term & Conditions Im not sure how to re-submit them as the agreements seems to read-only, accepting no new input. Could you please reset them so I may fill them out correctly? Thank you. |

You do not change the agreements that you already did. You need to fill out new agreements, just like when you first filled out the agreements. The links are above the section where the ones you have filled out are showing. For the CME Group agreements, there are two agreements you need to fill out and sign. Be sure you do both. For the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, you did not select the option where you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Be sure you do so.
