Yesterday everything is still working fine until this morning: 2 Issues - Suddenly I lost last month of data, data only go back to August 1st and currently it is September 12th - I am still getting the real-time data but everytime I turn off SC, I miss the data during that time. Additional Info: - I have both Rithmic and Stage 5 connected - The problem seems to only affect the Rithmic instance not the Stage5 one. - Settings for both instance are the same. I wonder if this is a rithmic issue, but a friend of mine still have his Rithmic data running normally. This is my first post ever, I have tried digging through all related issues and it seems like I have all setup correctly. Let me know if you need any additional info, logs or screenshot. I just gonna add the screenshot of my broken 5m chart here, you can see that I missed the August data and also ealier today data. For today data, it was there this morning but when I "Delete All Data and Download" it disappeared + also missing candles where I turned off SC. |

On one of the recent thread, it was suggested to try right click "Delete and Download Data" on someday around August 1st. For me, it did run and load (no error occured). But does not bring back missing data.

You are getting your data from us, so this is not about Rithmic data. Please do the following for us: - Select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Message Log" - Right click on the chart prior to the current day (so sometime where the data is from August 1) and select "Delete and Download Data". - Wait 30 seconds, then on the Message Log select the option for "Send For Analysis" (this is actually a button at the top of the Message Log, even though it does not look like a button). - Post back in this thread and let us know that you have sent the log. We'll then take a look and see what it is showing. This issue is now resolved, but the problem must have been that you have set a historical data server for CME data here: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) And that server was set to DS13.SierraCharts.com Remove that. Or if that is not the issue restart Sierra Chart. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

It works now. I added these back in June due to a problem with Rithmic I think Steps: - I removed all the server in Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special - Restart Sierra Chart - Hit Edit > Delete All and Download. Its working now. Thank you so much. |
