Hi. I am using a 2000 volume per bar chart for Sep ES. I notice that in the last week or so I am getting duplicate bars at the same time. I am attaching a screen shot. This particular screen shot happens at the close around 4pm (high volume), but it is happening at other times of day, too. The first set of identical bars start at 15:59:30 and there are 22 or 23 bars. Then, at 16:00:00 there are 18 identical bars. I realize this is a high volume time frame, but the bars are not displaying properly. The bars should be displaying at something like 15:59:30, 15:59:31, 15:59:32, etc. Also, it is not possible that the close of one bar and the open of the next are 1.25 ticks apart on the ES 22 times in a row. I have reloaded and recalculated and deleted and downloaded multiple times with no success. I have a feeling this could be a simple setting that I need to change, but I don't know what it is. I have searched the boards and didn't find anything like this. Please advise. Thanks.

This is the result of not having Tick by Tick data in the data file.

Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Current Version.
