Hi,

I want to color my cumulative delta bars based on the position of my MACD line (SG1) whether it is above or below 0. So the alert should be =ID1.SG1>0 ? - ID1 is the MACD study.
I have my MACD in chart region 2 and my cumulative delta in chart region 3.

Do I need to choose cumulative delta or MACD in the "based on" in color bar study?
Any other settings I need to change in color bar based on alert condition study?

Thanks

The Alert Condition is correct to color the bars when the MACD is above 0.

You need to set the "Based On" to the "Cumulative Delta" study, since that is the one you want to color.

The only other thing is to ensure that you set the Region to be the same as the Cumulative Delta.
