All charts on chartbook frozen

Hello,

I made a copy of a chartbook. Upon opening the copied chartbook all charts are frozen.

The original chartbook is working fine.

How to fix this?

Are the symbols in the copied chartbook correct? Was there a change to the service being used and the other chartbook was not updated? If so, then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in order to update the symbols for the chartbook that is not working. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

If not the above, then we would need to see your Message Log for the chartbook that is not working by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chartbook you have an issue with through "File >> Open Chartbook".

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
