Intraday Chart Not loading

Hi,
When I connect to Rhythmic account with one of the prop firms that supports Sierra charts, it do not load the intraday chart. If I select historical data than it loads fine. I already read all the rhythmic issue documents posted in support section but no help. Can you please help. Thanks.

Make sure you have the correct symbols for Rithmic. They are of the format ES?##.CME for the ES for example. Where ? is the contract month and ## is the two digit year. If your symbols are not correct, then open your chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

If the above is not the issue, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
