This is the result of the CME transmitting data late Saturday which is Sunday in UTC. We have to put in a special patch for this. We are going to be working on it today. First time they have done this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Yeah... have never seen it before on my trading platforms. But how can I get rid of that now? The data are downloaded and saved in my chartbooks and it's just 90 min to open. |

Once we put the patch in, will make a posting here and then you can re-download the data from before Saturday and it will be gone.

This problem is now solved. Right-click on the chart sometime on Friday before and select Delete and Download Data. The late Saturday data will be removed. I'm on TransAct and I've done what you suggested, however, the late Saturday data can not be removed. Please advise.

Try re-downloading the data from Friday going forward and the early Sunday data should now be gone, when using TransAct.

Dear SC, Thank you very much for that remarkably swift resolution, really appreciated. Though I didn't come to check SC since my latest post and traded Sun opening through TWS. |
