issue with serveral instances and 2 trading systems at the same time

Hello, I had an issue with the following situation: Setup: 4 different instances, each with 2 or 3 chart books. 1 instance has 2 chartbooks, each having a spreadsheet system for trading one for DAX, the other one for NQ. Made a test this morning and found out that the stops where flickering on/off (between the 2 different chartbooks!) So I had to close one chartbook in that instance. My question is: What is the right way to have these 2 systems working together? Could it be that I have to use different intances, one for each trading system chartbook? Or else?
